My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great elements. The room was nice and clean, although we had to deal with some pesky houseflies. The plunge pool and private geothermal bath were impressive but upgrading to a bigger room would have been pricier. The service was very helpful and thoughtful, from guiding us around the place to a nice gesture for our anniversary. The location was surrounded by beautiful gardens and hot springs but could have been more comfortable. The dining experience was delicious with various options at the Pomelo restaurant. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.

However, the hotel could improve on sensitivity to insects and sunny conditions for those guests affected. My stay at the resort was truly amazing! The rooms were excellent, well-appointed, and clean, with a geothermal plunge pool and a hot spring jacuzzi right by my room. The space was spacious, restful, and intelligently designed. However, precautions need to be taken to prevent monkeys from entering the bedroom.
