Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great elements. The room was nice and clean, although we had to deal with some pesky houseflies. The plunge pool and private geothermal bath were impressive but upgrading to a bigger room would have been pricier. The service was very helpful and thoughtful, from guiding us around the place to a nice gesture for our anniversary. The location was surrounded by beautiful gardens and hot springs but could have been more comfortable. The dining experience was delicious with various options at the Pomelo restaurant. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers well-equipped rooms including private hot tubs and plunge pools, very clean and well-maintained, with geothermal hot water tubs and a mini swimming pool providing a very private experience. However, the hotel could improve on sensitivity to insects and sunny conditions for those guests affected. Value for money is highlighted by the attentive service and variety of natural facilities available.
The hotel is located in a truly unique retreat surrounded by limestone hills, natural caves, and a pristine jungle scenery, offering a must-visit experience. The rooms, although very private and with splendid views, can sometimes face delays in readiness after 3pm. The service is exceptional, with a group of tremendously nice and helpful staff providing a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. However, the dining experience, while offering homemade local products, can be a bit lacking in quality at times.
My stay at the resort was truly amazing! The rooms were excellent, well-appointed, and clean, with a geothermal plunge pool and a hot spring jacuzzi right by my room. The space was spacious, restful, and intelligently designed. However, precautions need to be taken to prevent monkeys from entering the bedroom.
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms well-stocked with water and a complimentary mini-bar with soft drinks and snacks. The staff, from the GM to the restaurant servers and room cleaning team, were very accommodating and made the stay comfortable, relaxing, and private. However, there was a slight delay during the check-in process which required an extra half an hour of waiting.
